Apple Pie II
Wonderful...it was so good my dogs jumped up on the counter and ate it so I had to make another one. Oh well, those things happen!

All-Day Apple Butter
Yes, you definitely need to gauge the amount of sugar relative to the types of apples you used. Not sure of the type I used but they were on the sweeter side so I should have cut the sugar some. Overall a good and easy recipe!

Mom's Apple Fritters
Very Good. Used applesauce in place of the oil in the batter to cut the grease.
