Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
We absolutely love this recipe. I use a little less butter and substitute whole wheat flour for the all-purpose flour. I don't measure the fruit, just dump it in until it looks "good". It is wonderful with all sorts of fruits that bake well; I have used apple and cinnamon, frozen cherries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, a combination of any frozen berries, fresh peaches, apples and pears... we love them all!
