Emily's Famous Onion Dip
Very happy with this dip recipe. A little runny for my taste, so I placed half of the yogurt over cheese cloth overnight to drain some excess liquid. Mixed it all together in the morning and was the perfect consistency! Thanks.

Penne and Vodka Sauce
Very happy with this simple recipe. Big hit at a recent function. I have tried variations with and without normal bacon, sauteed onions, and citrus vodka. All work well. May try the half-and-half suggestion that somebody else mentioned. Thanks!
