Creamed Cucumber Slices
Only used 1/2 cup mayo. Also added dried dill, doubled the vinegar & sugar. To make it even creamier: after slicing the cucumber, sprinkle with about a 1/4 tsp salt, stir & let sit for about an hour. Then drain the juices off before mixing w/ the dressing.

Shredded Beef
This recipe may taste good, but the directions need to be more specific. I put 3 teaspoons of dry steak seasoning in the mix and ruined 3 lbs of meat. I am assuming now that the recipes calls for 3 teaspoons of liquid steak seasoning.
