Angel Chicken

I have prepared this dish for 2 people, 70 people and numbers in between. It is a wonderful dish to make for a crowd and then I usually serve it with rice instead of pasta. It always gets rave reviews and I am frequently asked for the recipe. I make the sauce ahead of time and follow the recipe as it is stated except I use plain cream cheese.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Very good recipe. I used a combination of herbs and used my own biscuit recipe with additional milk to make the dumplings. It was a bit bland so next time I will use some of the suggetions in other reviews such as using canned soup to replace water.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

I didn't think these were fantastic. The dough was very dry ,too crumbly. If I make again I will add 1/4 cup milk. We also found they were very sweet so will probably cut the sugar by 1/4 - 1/2 cup.

Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Blue Cheese

Barbequed Ribs

Apple Crisp II

I have been making apple crisp for about 40 years and this is the best recipe I have ever used. The only change that I made was to increase the cinnamon from a teaspoon to a tablespoon.
