I LOVED this pie...I rarely make apple pies because mine usually don't turn out as good as Mrs. Smith's frozen apple pie, but, this was better! I poured half the good goo over the apples, then used a regular top curst. I cut 2 large slits in the top crust and poured the rest of the sugar mixture over the top crust. It looked great and tasted even better. Thanks!

Great recipe! Everyone in my family loved it, would be the perfect "get well" soup for autumn colds! I only used 4 oz cream cheese and 1 TBSP brown sugar, but, it would probably be great either way. Thanks!
