Caramel Apple Pork Chops
This stuff was great! Even my pickiest children ate it (and I've got 5 of them). The caramel sauce was awesome... at first the kids turned their noses up at it, but once I told them how good it was, they tried it and finished it off.

Eclairs II
WOW! I have never made eclairs because I thought they would be too difficult to make. These were so easy and tasted absolutely awesome! As everyone got home at the end of the day, I felt like a little kid saying "Look what I made today!" I will definitely make these again!!
