Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa
My family loved this! (even the kids who don't like fish!) My husband even said it was good enough to be served in a restaurant. I did make a few changes. We used swai instead of tilapia as it's cheaper and tastes just as good. Other than that, I put the fish in a baking dish and put the salsa on top. I baked it at 350 for 20 minutes and it wasn't near done, so cranked it up to 375 for another 10 minutes and it was perfect!
