Chocolate Wave Zucchini Bread
This was so moist, and incredible tasting! Even my husband (who said zucchini BREAD????!!!??) loved it! I also put the chocolate chips in the white layer. I think next time I make this I will try the chocolate layer on the bottom....

Delicious Feta-Crusted Salmon
Excellent salmon recipe! The only change I made was to double to cream cheese. My in-laws raved! Thanks so much!

Leg of Lamb
My parents had never had "good" lamb, so I made this for them. It was quite the hit! I also used honey dijon. Will definitely make this again.
