Hollandaise Sauce
This recipe is superb. I found the sauce easy to prepare and tangy as I wanted it to be. In addition it's easy to memorize as well.

Deli Style Brisket
The recipe says "it will be the tenderest brisket you ever tasted". I discovered this is not the case. Mine resulted in a real jaw breaker. Perhaps 12 hours in the crock pot isn't enough.

Best Italian Sausage Soup
I made the soup and it has a great taste. However, I'm like one of the other raters and wonder whether the sausage should be ground, whole or sliced. I sliced my sausage but it gives the soup a curious texture. Forego the noodles unless you want hash.
