Spicy Garlic and Pepper Shrimp

This was so delicious and easy to make! I converted it to serve 4, but had to cut back on the red pepper flakes ( I just used 1/4 tsp, 2 tsp seemed an awful lot and it was quadrupled when i had it converted). I served it with brown rice and steamed broccoli Its a dish I would serve to company. A keeper.

Spicy Orange Beef

I made this today. My 9 year old didn't like it and he is a meat eater. Overall it was good but nothing I would rush to make again. It bordered on the almost too- sweet side. The cut of meat that I used was also rather tough.....thin sliced top round steak.
