Turkey Cocktail Meatballs with Orange Cranberry Glaze
I liked this idea, but as written the thyme (in poultry seasoning) is too strong and the orange rind in the marmalade is too bitter. I won't make this again as is.

Traditional Salisbury Steak
Wow! This was really good! I took one reviewers advice and added some steak sauce to the gravy and put the onion in the patties because of personal preference, but otherwise followed the recipe. With 2 lbs of ground beef, I made 10 patties. Definitely double the gravy recipe if serving with mashed potatoes! I had to add some gravy to make enough. This is a keeper!

Creamy Cranberry Salad
Yummy! I added celery and used cool whip instead of whipped cream. I doubled the recipe for a slighty larger than 13x9 pan. It was a hit and I was asked for the recipe by many. Thanks for a keeper!
