Traditional Salisbury Steak
Wow! This was really good! I took one reviewers advice and added some steak sauce to the gravy and put the onion in the patties because of personal preference, but otherwise followed the recipe. With 2 lbs of ground beef, I made 10 patties. Definitely double the gravy recipe if serving with mashed potatoes! I had to add some gravy to make enough. This is a keeper!
