Yummy! I added celery and used cool whip instead of whipped cream. I doubled the recipe for a slighty larger than 13x9 pan. It was a hit and I was asked for the recipe by many. Thanks for a keeper!

This sounded like a good idea, but made according to the recipe there is WAY too much cream cheese. It totally covers the sweet potato taste. We each took two bites max. Maybe 1/3 of the cream cheese would be good, but I probably won't bother to find out. I'll go back to my Williamsburg casserole with marshmallows that the whole family likes.

Very good! I added mini chocolate chips and a cinnamon sugar sprinkle on top. I also used 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and baked at 350 in my convection oven for 17 minutes and they came out great!
