I'm a stay-at-home mom that takes care of two beautiful children. My husband is a hard worker and I fill my time with cooking fun dishes for dinner with a lot of variety! Anything Mexican...my Mexican cooking is very much Americanized, but everyone loves it, usually. Turkey at thanksgiving...Mom handed down her secrets to me and I love to use them! Anything that requires a rolling pin. I am so novice at that...but I managed to bake my first apple pie from an old family recipe a few months ago and hubby was very impressed..though I was nervous as heck to do it! Making fish tacos for the first time...aye, back to the drawing board!
