Chicken Biscuit Pie
This is really good! I did lower the oven temp, as others suggested, and it just took a little longer. The biscuit topping was perfect! I covered the whole top of the pie, leaving air holes for ventilation. I also sprinkled it with parmesean cheese and garlic salt. Oh, and don't forget to add garlic to the filling! It definitely helped to add flavor. I added corn from 2 ears of roasted corn, and maybe next time i'll add in some cooked potato cubes. You can really use whatever veggies you have on hand that you want to use up!

No Bake Pumpkin Pie II
I don't know what everyone is raving about! This tastes gummy and "fake"... I'm sure it's due to the pudding mix. (and I should have known better, since I really only like things that are truly from scratch). I made a spiced cookie in tartlet tins and piped in the filling once it firmed up in fridge. I had no problems with it being runny, it just tastes bad (to me... my husband liked it, but he'll eat anything I make). It's already 10:30 the night before thanksgiving... but I'm tempted to make a baked pumpkin pie once the flourless chocolate cake gets out of the oven....

Tuscan Soup
This is such a good, yummy soup! I have made it on numerous occasions, and have played around a little with the ingredients (as with any soup!). I've added tomatoes, roasted red peppers, yellow peppers, and ALWAYS add tons of garlic! I've made it spicier with cayenne, or have substituted bacon for the sausage. Sour cream works well too if you don't have the condensed milk. Try topping with fresh, shredded Parmesan after serving into bowls. mmmmmm
