Yummy Bok Choy Salad
This salad (and dressing) were fantastic!! We really loved the bok choy! From now on, I'll be using this salad and dressing as an alternative to my regular green salads.

Basil Shrimp
A good basic recipe for grilling shrimp, but no Wow Factor. I'll keep it handy for the future, though.

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze
This recipe is fantastic as-is! I've made it several times with great results, and it's now a favorite of ours. For variation, try using Amaretto (like Disaronno) instead of the bourbon - it's yummy served on a spring mix salad with pecans.
