Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Best banana bread recipe on this site; used smashed bananas, 1 3/4 flour, 1 tsp soda and powder.

Buttery Cooked Carrots
I have made similar several times. Adjustment, 3 TBSP of Amaretto to the butter/sugar sauce. yummy. Normally I use white sugar but am trying the brown sugar this time.

Brown Rice and Black Bean Casserole
yummy; used sauteed zuchini, mushrooms, onions and no chicken. I just sprinkled the top with a little cheese. Really great healthy.
