Grilled Cheese and Peanut Butter Sandwich
I eat grilled cheese everyday. I also eat peanut butter everyday...so I decide to try them together. Not a big fan. Some bites went down easier than others. I ate the entire sandwich. I would not say it was gross, just not appealing to me. So, 3 stars.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
These are fantastic. I used unsalted butter and took out the walnuts. I did add about a Tsp. of Almond extract and about a 1/4 c. of chocolate chips. These were so good though. I will make them again. I think I cooked them for 14 min. b/c they were not finished at 12 min. Thank you!

Easy Vegetable Pot Pie
Okay, so I took the base of this recipe, but I will still rate it. I found that I didn't have any pie crust and didn't have time to make one so I just made some drop biscuits with bisquik. I took a can of mushroom soup, a can of mixed vegetables, half a can of vegetable broth and half a can of diced tomatoes and heated it on the stove with the thyme and black pepper. It was awesome. we just crumbled the biscuits and topped it with the "soup". My hubby loved it and so did my 3 yr old. Not quit the recipe, but really really good! Thanks!
