Vegetarian Tortilla Soup
This soup is so good. I made half the recipe and only used 1tbls cumin and 1 can of chile peppers. I also browned some fake chicken to throw in it. It was fantastic. I am freezing the rest to eat later and I already look forward to it

Cider Cheese Fondue
This recipe was delicious! I used applewood smoked cheddar and swiss and dipped carrots green apples and bread pieces. Everyone loved it!

Garlicky Quinoa and Garbanzo Bean Salad
This is so delicious and easy to make! I roasted my broccoli in the oven to add an extra crunch!
