Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

It is quick and very easy. I bought a broasted chicken from the supermarket making it even easier. Put lots of garlic in and add peas. Wonderful for a cold snowy night.

Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken and Vegetables

My wife Loves vegetables so this recipe was a good one. I added lots more garlic and pan fried the chicken strips before including them in the dish. Great recipe to add other things too. I had mushrooms in the frig and sauteed them along with the onions and garlic. This is a keeper and easy to make.

Bloody Mary Chicken

I have to say this wasnt my favorite chicken dinner. I even added garlic, onions, green beans etc like others suggested but turned out just ok. It was fast and easy but just a ho-hummer.

Wonderful Meatloaf

For all of you who love dill this recipe will be terrific. I only like dill so thought it was a little overwhelming. Next time I will use less dill. Keep the party going though as this recipe deserves a high rating.

Grandma's Carrot Cake

This recipe is now the official carrot cake for our house. Made it for a family gathering last weekend and everyone not only loved it but told others about it! The glaze takes away some of the heaviness that the traditional frosting has. Cant wait to make it again!

Cheesy Beef and Bean Bake

This is a keeper! Easy to make,quick to make. Perfect comfort food on cold winter nights. I followed "MaryHm" suggestions and included ranch style beans and corn to give it a more southwest flavor. I always use lots of garlic so had plenty of that in and have to say it was a hit!

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

Liked this recipe very much. I used a red merlot and more garlic than what was called for and this added great flavor. I agree with others who said the sauce was a bit to sweet. I cut the amount of brown sugar down by below half and still seemed on the too sweet side as i poured it over pasta. The Chicken, however was Terrific and will make it again.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Not overly sweet and has a nice tableside presence to it. It was tastie and everyone had another helping but I prefer sweet potatoes with a bit of consistency left to them. After mixing the potatoes with the mixer it was more of a puree.

Breakfast Casserole II

This was a good recipe. We have made egg casseroles before so this one wasnt much different from the others but I must say the kids loved it. I included Garlic Powder and a bit of salt could have been added also. The end result would have been a bit on the bland side id say had I not created the seasoning mixtures.
