Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
Delicious! I used the dijon called for in the recipe, but I substituted panko breadcrumbs and a spray of olive oil on top because that's what I had in the pantry. This was yummy and so easy!

Steak N Gravy
This was terrific! I used a dry gravy mix instead of canned, swapped red wine for the milk, and used a whole package of fresh mushrooms. It was delicious with horseradish mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. Thanks for a great recipe!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
I used 1 can of fat-free refried beans and one can of black beans. I also cut the sweet potatoes into small chunks and roasted them instead of mashing. (I'm a lazy cook at heart.) These are delicious and have become a staple at our house!
