Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
This is a really great recipe! It was perfect pretty much as directed. Next time I cook chicken breasts, though, I think I will use the buttermilk marinade tip that other posters have mentioned!

Slow Cooker Ham
This is just an excellent, super-easy recipe. I've used it twice and since it is "dump and leave" in nature is much more convenient than other ham recipes. I made it for company the other night to rave reviews! You won't be disappointed. Obviously adjust your cooking time for type or size of ham.
