Zucchini Soup II
Made this the other day ... added some garlic (a must in eveything I make) don't use wine in anything so eliminated it ... it was absolutely delicious and the left over was even better for lunch the next day. Thanx for a great recipe.

Microwave Pickles
EXCELLENT ... printed this recipe out 5 years ago but just tried it out yesterday & was very surprised & happy with the taste & easiness .... tasted on while still hot ... and it tasted like MORE I did use celery salt & powder mustard as that is what I had .... plus a little fresh dill Yummy

Best City Chicken
I've made city chicken for 50 years ... now that veal is so expensive I have been using pork & boness chicken breast. I also cook them on the stove top but think I will try baking them next time. If you put the prepared city chicken on a dish & cover with a plastic wrap ... then refrigerate for several hours or overnight the breading doesn't fall off while browing or cooking it.
