Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Absolutely amazing!! Made this last night - kids haven't stopped raving about it! I used chicken stock in place of wine (didn't have any on hand) & it was sooo good. Thanks for sharing!

Bacon Mushroom Chicken
With a few modifications this turned out great. I panfried the seasoned chicken in the bacon drippings, i used more bacon then called for - which I cooked before putting on the chicken, & I added some onions. The sauce in this recipe is WONDERFUL & gives the chicken that extra punch - otherwise it was "just" chicken. All of my family gave it 5 stars but my oldest daughter only gave it 3 - saying that it was too plain for her liking - she didn't use the sauce!

General Tsao's Chicken
This is the best stuff!!! I didn't have the peppers so I used Red Pepper Flakes (which also allowed me to make my husbands spicier than the rest of the kids) It was also really easy. It tasted just like the stuff you get from the restaurants - which is really good since we live in Germany!! Great Recipe!
