Peanut Brittle
I have nevermade peanut brittle before. I don't own a candy thermometer. & I did this easily & in less than 1/2 an hour. I added vanilla - just because I felt like it should have some vanilla =) but this was great & packed well - I'll let you know how it holds up in shipping to iraq!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Absolutely amazing!! Made this last night - kids haven't stopped raving about it! I used chicken stock in place of wine (didn't have any on hand) & it was sooo good. Thanks for sharing!

Bacon Mushroom Chicken
With a few modifications this turned out great. I panfried the seasoned chicken in the bacon drippings, i used more bacon then called for - which I cooked before putting on the chicken, & I added some onions. The sauce in this recipe is WONDERFUL & gives the chicken that extra punch - otherwise it was "just" chicken. All of my family gave it 5 stars but my oldest daughter only gave it 3 - saying that it was too plain for her liking - she didn't use the sauce!
