I am a working mom of 3. My hubby is on the road alot. My meals need to be something quick or prepared ahead of time, and healthy too. I mostly enjoy baking with my children. My mom stayed at home with us until I was in high school. She could whip anything up in minutes with whatever she had on hand and it was always delicious. She is now cooking for an assisted living facility and still loves to cook and try new things. Why dwell on the bad stuff? In 9+ years of marriage my husband only opted for a pb sandwich over what I made once.
