Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
I made this for my family and they raved about it. It was quick and easy as I usually have frozen rhubarb, the only thing I added was a tbsp. of tapioca,just because I like the texture that this gives to fruit deserts. I will definitely transfer this recipe to the kitchen recipe box. Thanks Michelle for sharing such a yummy desert.
