Pumpkin Pancakes
These are our new household fave!!! I found that I need to add about 1/3-1/2 cup more milk to the batter as it is very thick - but they turn out great every time I make them! Fluffy and thick - amazing with maple syrup from our own sugar bush! I top mine with real whipping cream, maple syrup and a vanilla/sugar grinder - amazing - I can't say enough about them - my mother-in-law raves about them to all of her friends! These will not disappoint!
