Rhubarb Cheesecake Dream Bars
awesome!!!!! Loved them-perfect just the way they are - but in one of the next batches will add some candied ginger!!! Yummmy!

Peanut Butter Cupcakes
Very yummy - made a batch this morning - would also be good with jam in the middle! I added 60% cocoa chips to some of them - perfect!!! Used applesauce & oil instead of shortening-worked great-they finish in the oven quickly-I over did them by about 2 minutes-still great!! The kids have been eating them with ice cream!

Pumpkin Pancakes
These are our new household fave!!! I found that I need to add about 1/3-1/2 cup more milk to the batter as it is very thick - but they turn out great every time I make them! Fluffy and thick - amazing with maple syrup from our own sugar bush! I top mine with real whipping cream, maple syrup and a vanilla/sugar grinder - amazing - I can't say enough about them - my mother-in-law raves about them to all of her friends! These will not disappoint!
