Easy Beef Stroganoff
This is a wonderful recipe when you have additional mushrooms and sour cream in the fridge. It's fast and easy and delicious served over egg noodles. My family love it.

Beef and Wine Soup with Dumplings
The soup is delicious but next time I would leave out the dumplings and just sprinkle the soup with a little cheese or a sprig of dill.
