Fluffy Potato Casserole
GREAT recipe...I added cubed ham into the mix, and some cheddar cheese on top (before adding the french fried onions). Husband and kids loved it!

Holiday Chicken Salad
Delicious! Hubby even ate it, and he does not like Chicken Salad! Opted out of the celery, added more bell pepper, and left some chunks to make it crunchier!

Heavenly White Cake
Wow..wow..wow. This will be my permanent white cake recipe (I have a cake decorating business)!! I followed the directions exactly, but I folded the meringue in first and then beat it in. It was so moist and fluffy! The whole family loves it! I can't wait to hear what the customer says!!!
