Cheesy Creamed Corn
Truly disliked this recipe, except for doubling it. Followed it to a tee, but it was heavy and sticky. Served it at a large family gathering and there were actually leftovers, so I know it wasn't popular with the crowd.

Raspberry Pie I
Made this with 5 cups black raspberries from the garden and substituted black currant juice (also from the garden) for the water. It made a superb pie. Consistency was perfect; the combination of flavors sublime.
