Pretzel Crust
This is a fabulous substitution for a graham cracker crust. I have recently started using honey wheat pretzels because they are lower in sodium. Very nice salty sweet taste without the salt overpowering like regular pretezels can do sometimes.

Round Steak and Gravy II
This was an excellent 'stick to your ribs' kind of meal. I used a packet of Golden Onion dry mix instead of the canned onion soup & it worked fine. Just upped the water to two cans. I mixed 2 TBS of cornstarch with some cold water until smooth & stirred it into the crock pot (I cooked it on low all day) during the last hour or so & it made a perfect gravy - very flavorful. Meat was fork tender after a day in the crock pot & everyone, even the picky 5 y/o, liked it. Thanks!

Crazy Cake
Wonderfully moist & flavorful - you'd never know this was egg free! I usually halve the recipe & bake in an 8" pan for about 30-35 minutes (test for doneness). Great when you want cake but not a huge panful. Also makes great cupcakes (which freeze easily!) I love how easy it is to change the flavors! Our favorite is orange - just omit the cocoa & vinegar & use orange juice in place of the water (same amount as called for in recipe).
