Chicken Stir-Fry
I had high hopes for this recipe, but it really didn't taste Chinese at all. The corn starch mixture burned in the bottom of my wok almost immediately and the sauce was pretty bland. This would really need to be tweaked to be good. Sorry!

Chocolate Chip Snack Cake
This was really good, but not amazing. Grating the German chocolate bar took forever and I gave up and just used extra mini chips. It was really moist, but I think some chocolate frosting would make it even better. All-in-all, I would make again, but probably would frost for better taste and appearance.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
These were great! I used ground chicken instead of beef and powdered ginger instead of fresh. I also didn't have any chili sauce. I took these to a party and they were a huge hit! Even the skeptical loved them.
