Chocolate Chip Snack Cake
This was really good, but not amazing. Grating the German chocolate bar took forever and I gave up and just used extra mini chips. It was really moist, but I think some chocolate frosting would make it even better. All-in-all, I would make again, but probably would frost for better taste and appearance.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
These were great! I used ground chicken instead of beef and powdered ginger instead of fresh. I also didn't have any chili sauce. I took these to a party and they were a huge hit! Even the skeptical loved them.

Crepes
Wow - these were really good and really easy! My first try at crepes and I will definitely make these again. I took others' advise and added a Tbs of sugar and a tsp of vanilla. I then just warmed a cup of Yoplait fruit yogurt for the inside, sliced bananas for the top and whipped topping to finish. Yum! Thanks for the great recipe!
