Banana Bread I
Very good recipe. I did make some changes due to the other reviews. I used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder since people said they didn't rise much. Overall an excellent recipe that I will use again. OH, I also made them into muffins instead of bread because I didn't have 2 small loaf pans. I baked them at 375 for 18 minutes.
