I made a few changes, I used seasoned flour especially for fried foods. I added red pepper.

Apricot-Glazed Cornish Hens
I actually followed a recipe for herb roast/stuffed hens, then added this glaze. I feel that my method added a wow factor to a dish that would otherwise have been average.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
First Tuna Casserole. This is a very good recipe, the flour base needs a lot of salt and pepper to not turn out bland. Thanks for sharing! Will make again!
