Crispy Fish Fillets
I agree with a few of the members comments as I am not really fond of a lot of fish, This recipe was very good as we follow the recipe from one of the other photos posted and used fine corn flake crumbs instead of the potato flakes. This is very good, the fish is nice and light and crunchy.
