My Crab Cakes
This was my first time making crab cakes. I took advice of other reviewers and only used 4 ounces of buttery round crackers. I also added in an additional tablespoon of mayonnaise to help cakes form better. The whole family loved them! Next time I will try to make a spicy sauce to go with them.

Pesto Sauce
Excellent. I made this for a ladies luncheon. Put on french bread with fresh tomatoes and cheese then toasted to melt the cheese. I had to give everyone the recipe. I will make again!!

Pumpkin Bread
Awesome! I didn't have any cloves on hand, so I left them out. I also only had one loaf pan, so I made 12 large muffins with the remainder of the batter. Those would be good with a cream cheese drizzle. I will definitely make again!!!
