Italian Dressing Mix
I also omitted the amount of salt and used sea salt to taste. I used garlic powder, white wine vinegar(3tbs),1/3C extra virgin olive oil and 1/3C peanut oil. Almost forgot, no celery salt. Let it sit overnight in the fridge and its even better.

Marinade for Chicken
very good, I added 2 to 3 tbsp of brown sugar and it made the chicken nice and gooey off the grill. Try this on wings after piercing and marinading overnight.

Aussie Chicken
excellent, very good sauce, I used it on a ham and it turned out great. The only thing I did a litlle different was I completely cooked the chicken first then baked, this way the sauce and cheese did not burn. Will definately make again
