Blueberry Buckle
I made this exactly as directed, with the following exceptions: I used frozen blueberries instead of fresh, Truvia instead of sugar, and I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9 x 12 cake pan. It was absolutely fantastic! Moist, sweet.... perfect!

Apple Squares
These are so easy to make and SO GOOD! I used gala apples and they turned out awesome. I doubled the recipe, used a 9x13 glass pan, and baked them for 35 minutes. They were perfect.

Cowboy Casserole
I substituted cornbread for the biscuits. I poured the batter over the top of the mixture and then popped it into the oven at 350 for 45 minutes. So good. My husband LOVED it, and my daughter - who won't eat ANYTHING - loved it too! If she will eat it, it definitely rates 5 stars from me.
