After making this a few times, I've found that the vegetable oil is NOT necessary when cooking the turkey, even when using 93/7 fat content. Just spray a little Pam and cook. One of the things I love about this recipe is that it's so much healther than most. Why not make it even more so? Incredibly good, and easy! I did take cues from other reviewers and use a can of rotel tomatoes in place of one of the cans of soup. I also used a can of white beans in place of one of the kidney beans. Thanks, Laura!!!
