Baked Scallops
Yum! I pretty much followed the recipe, except I used panko crumbs (to add texture and avoid sogginess) and stirred the garlic into the butter instead of adding it to the crumb mixture. Delicious....one of our new favorites!

Oatmeal Banana Nut Bread
Fabulous! I used four ripe bananas, cooked it a big longer and it was the BEST I've ever made!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers
My my my! These were delicious and a huge hit at a recent family gathering. I followed the recipe to a T, including using Hawaiian King rolls and cooking them in foil as Minnesota Girl recommended. To make the mixture more like a spread, I did run the cooked meat through a chopper.
