I am a busy professional with 2 teenagers left at home. In April 2009 I decided to change my eating habits and start eating healthy. I did and 10 months later I am 50 pounds lighter and feel great!
My favorite things to cook
Since starting to eat healthy I have had to learn to cook healthy which was easier than I thought it would be. I cook a lot of chicken dishes along with lean beef dishes these days!

Maryanne's Cornbread
I have been making this cornbread for a year now and my family absolutely loves it more then any other cornbread I have made. It is also great in a stuffing recipe for the holidays
