Rainbow Veggie Chili
I thought this was a great recipe. My husband didn't like it. Thought it was too "tomato-ey". Added 1/2 bottle beer, he still didn't like it.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
5 stars for taste. Best falafel recipe ever! I'd give 3 stars for prep time though. Blender, lots of bowls, etc. Would be nice to be able to make ahead and reheat, but these taste best fresh. Thanks for the recipe.

Sweet Potatoes with Sausage and Peppers
Interesting blend of flavors. Savory and sweet. I tried to heed Suze's warnings of less time for the potatoes. I cooked them less than 10 minutes and still had mush! When the weather cools off I might try roasting the potatoes instead. Thanks Trinity for the recipe !
