Vanilla Winter White Russian
I did not care for this. I know it wasn't a mistake on my part since it was an easy recipe to follow. It was just way too rich. INSTEAD, I recommend a WHITE CHOCOLATE MARTINI (1.5 oz godiva white chocolate liqueur, 1.5 oz clear creme de cacao, .5 vodka, 2.5 oz half & half.) Place all your ingredients in shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass with a Hershey's chocolate kiss placed at the bottom of your glass. Dust cocoa powder on top and there you have it. This is the best recipe I have found for this martini and just wanted to share it. Apparently this is one of Christina Aguilera's favorite drinks at some fancy club so I searched online and made 3 different ones-not a cheap thing to do. But this one is a keeper that my girlfriends love to drink. The Hershey's kiss at the end of your drink is my favorite!! ENJOY!

Raspberry Cheesecake
First of all, raspberry pie filling does exist. I only found it at one store (Albertson's). Secondly, the presentation was very nice and I did cut the tip of the milano cookies to allow them to stand up better. However, I don't think I will make this dessert again. I thought it was just ok. I instead would recommend the "Raspberry Trifle" dessert which tastes a whole lot better and can also be found on this site. But if you are a TRUE cheesecake fan, then give this one a shot. I like cheesecake but I don't LOVE it like some people do. 5 stars for presentation, but only 3 for taste.

Raspberry Trifle
I was very pleased with the results of this recipe. It was fairly simple and made a nice presentation and best of all, it tasted good. I did add the grand marnier as suggested in prior reviews and thankfully I had it on hand. Would highly recommend. I invited soem friends for cocktails and dessert last night and we all enjoyed it- as well as the pina coladas I made for the first time(used recipe from coco lopez cream of coco can) But I suppose this dessert would go best with wine.
