Asian Ground Beef and Pepper Saute
This was very nice.I followed another reviewer's idea and made Lettuce wraps with Romaine leaves.I did cut my peppers in cubes. I used some Hoisin sauce for a dip; turned out so good!

Chicken with Cranberries
Wonderful recipe. I added 1 Tablespoon onion soup base and some extra cranberries. The combination of flavours is fantastic.My husband is not fusssy about adding fruits to meats but he was very impressed with this recipes.Thanks for sharing.I will be making this one for company. Rita
