My name is David and I love to cook for my wife of 10+ years, Ania. She is a great "test subject" for me and is always willing and excited to try my new dishes. I also love to cook turkey, basil and feta burgers on homemade focaccia. Contests, side by side with my cousin, to see which of us could peel a potato faster. My Aunt thought she was getting one over on us...we knew, but were too competitive to protest. Pizza dough from scratch, 1st thanksgiving dinner, learning what presentation was and how it applied to plating your meal. I was making both a brisket and a tri-tip on the bbq for a fourth of July party and half way through the cooking process, ran out of propane.
