About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Kung Pao Chicken; Chicken Parmesan & Spaghetti; Chi-Chi's Tacos; Beef & Broccoli; French's Fried Chicken; Crock-pot Chicken
My cooking tragedies
Accidentally putting 2 Tbsp of Salt into a stir-fry that called for 2 Tbsp of Sugar...couldn't figure out why it was soooooo salty, blamed it on the soy sauce. Then I cooked the meal again and thought it was interesting that the recipe called for 2 Tbsp of sugar...realized my mistake. Yowzers!

Banana Banana Bread
I made this recipe exactly as listed and it turned out raw/mushy. I am not sure I understand how, especially since I stuck a toothpick in and it came out clean, but after it sat for 10 min, I cut into it and the bread was raw. I will try making this again.
