Crawfish etoufee or fettucini, mexican dishes, seafood, cajun stuffed pork roast w/ rice & gravy, asian inspired pumpkin bread - got the recipe right here at Allrecipes. Pecan Cheesecake - again, found recipe here. Sesame Jalapeno chicken with Lo Mein noodles - cooked for company and weeks later they are still talking about it. Had same success with crawfish fettucini. I like to find difficult recipes and make them my own! Tried to replicate a dish that used Remoulade sauce - I could only find remoulade mayonnaise and it just wasn't the same - assume there must be a vast difference in taste. Husband was nice enough to try it - but I had to pass!
