Tomato Zucchini Casserole
This was excellent! Very tasty. Used cheddar and parmesan. Also used fresh oregano and basil since it was in my garden. I did add only a smidgen of salt as the cheese adds alot of saltiness to the recipe. I used regular tomatoes, not roma and it was not too juicy; just left it in the oven a few minutes longer without the foil.

Bob's Blue Cheese Dressing
Made according to recipe. Don't leave out the honey; it take the bite out of the salty cheese. Very Good & tasty. Served it with hot wings for the SuperBowl!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
Great soup! I used canned chicken broth (1qt) with the one quart of water. No bouillon. I used the sour cream just as a topping (dollop on top of the bowl). I cooked just 3 large bone-in chicken breasts in the crockpot in the broth/water mix with the garlic, onions and peppers. I also left out the salt. I think next time I will use all diced tomatoes; not sure why the whole tomatoes. Anyway, the soup was a huge hit and made enough to feed a small army. Thanks!
