Irish Egg Rolls
A bit oily but the taste was wonderful, and everyone at my party loved them!

Sarah's Applesauce
Finally! The best applesauce recipe ever and it's really easy! I used my apple peeler/corer/slicer and had my total prep time was 5 minutes. I don't think I'll be buying applesauce anymore. I used Gala, Golden Delicious, and Mutsu apples.

Coconut Macaroons III
These are really good, but not the best coconut macaroons I've had. The recipe is simple enough, I'd probably make it again if I needed some quick cookies, but I won't call off my search for the best macaroon recipe yet!
