Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread
Very good flavor. Substituted light margarine for the butter and 1/2 the sugar with splenda and it worked great. Easy to make.

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
Very good, but overpowering veggie taste. Next time I will make with beef base instead of vegetable. Switched beans to navy and it worked great.

Cheery Cherry Bread
Simple to make and looks pretty despite the odd combination of ingredients. Very moist and tasted good, but I am in no hurry to make it again.
