Frogmore Stew
We loved it as is. Will definitely have this again. No butter or oil so if you go with turkey sausage it is a great healthy dinner.

Oat Applesauce Muffins
Slight modifications...I used light soy milk and light yogurt instead of buttermilk and applesauce. I added a half cup of dark chocolate chips. Love it!!
