Slow-Cooked Short Ribs
Doubled the recipe and fed lots of folks. They loved every last drop. Served over mashed potatoes to soak up the delicious sauce. Love the smell of it while it is cooking!!

Oregano Chicken
Perfect for a busy night. Prepared exactly as written, but would cook just a little less. Served over steamed rice - sauce is great over chicken and rice.

Mexican Style Shredded Pork
Perfect crock pot meal. As mentioned before, don't add more water than instructed. Used a pork shoulder and cut into 3" cubes before adding to crock pot. I needed a little more salt.
